I live in Florida, but needed to arrange a divorce for one of my daughters who resides in Alabama. I found several attorney’s in Alabama that would handle the case but all wanted thousands of dollars in retainers, just to be engaged on the job, without any encouragement on a positive outcome.

The Smith Law Firm made my whole divorce quick and to the point.  I originally tried to file through my county, on my own with a company that sold me some forms, without success due to “missing documents” and “failure to appear in court,”. I wasted my money and time with this.

When I Googled for divorce attorneys in Alabama I was hesitant considering he was extremely “cheap.” I read numerous testimonials that praised his work. He was the best person for my  case. His prices may be “cheap” compared to most lawyers but his performance isn’t!!

That lawyer stated “you will not find it cheaper than this.” She was WRONG!
